How do I delete my data?
All your scan data lives on your device. Delete the app and everything is gone — scores, history, routines, all of it.
If you submitted images for Challenge prize verification, email privacy@rencix.com and we'll delete any server-side data within 30 days.

How do I get a Challenge refund?
Complete all 90 days but don't hit +2.0 improvement? Your entry fee is refunded automatically to your original payment method within 30 days of your final measurement week.
Quit early or get disqualified? The entry fee is forfeited — no refund.
Haven't received your refund after 30 days? Email legal@rencix.com. Full details in Challenge Terms §7.

How do I claim the $500 prize?
Hit +2.0 improvement over 90 days, agree to share before-and-after results, and pass verification. Then email legal@rencix.com with the subject "Challenge prize claim".
Prize is paid via PayPal or bank transfer within 30 days. You're responsible for taxes. Full details in Challenge Terms §6 and §8.

What data does Facet collect?
Almost nothing leaves your device. All face scanning, scoring, and analysis happens on-device using the TrueDepth sensor. We don't store your facial data in the cloud.
We collect basic anonymized usage data (app opens, feature usage) to improve the app. No names, no emails, no advertising, no facial recognition. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

What are my GDPR rights?
If you're in the EU, you can access, delete, port, or object to your data at any time. Since nearly all data is on your device, you already have direct control.
For anything else, email privacy@rencix.com with the subject "GDPR request". We respond within 30 days.
